Adding keywords manually

While RankYak automatically discovers new keywords for you, you can also add your own keywords at any time. This is useful if you already have ideas you want RankYak to analyze or if someone has provided you with a list of keywords that aren't in your project yet.

➕ How to add your own keywords

1. Go to Keywords in the left menu

2. Click Add keywords

3. Paste your keywords, one per line

4. Add up to 500 keywords at once

5. Click Add keywords to import them into your project

RankYak will process them immediately.

📊 Automatic metrics

After adding your keywords, RankYak will automatically:

• Fetch the search volume

• Fetch the keyword difficulty

• Deduplicate any overlaps with existing keywords

This ensures your keyword list stays clean, accurate, and up to date.
