Changing a planned keyword

If you want to adjust your content plan, you can easily swap a planned keyword with a different one. This allows you to take control of your schedule whenever needed, while still letting RankYak handle all article generation and publishing.

You can do this directly from the Calendar view.

🔄 How to change a planned keyword

1. Go to Calendar in the menu

2. Click on the planned keyword you want to change

3. A popup will appear showing the selected date and keyword

4. Use the search bar or filters in the popup to find the keyword you want to use instead

5. Select your desired keyword

6. RankYak will swap the planned keyword for that day

The newly selected keyword will now be used for article generation on that date.

📝 Notes

• You can choose any keyword from your keyword list

• Changing a planned keyword only affects that specific day

• RankYak will automatically generate and (if integrated) publish the article for the newly selected keyword

This gives you flexibility while still maintaining an automated and consistent SEO workflow.
