WordPress.com integration

The WordPress.com integration allows RankYak to automatically publish articles directly to your WordPress.com website. Once connected, new articles will be posted on autopilot, no manual publishing required.

🔗 How to Connect WordPress.com

To set up the integration:

1. Go to your project

2. Open Settings → Integrations

3. Find WordPress.com and click Connect

4. In the popup, click Authenticate with WordPress.com

5. Log in to your WordPress.com account if prompted

6. Select the site you want to connect to RankYak

Once selected, RankYak will configure everything automatically. Your articles will now be published directly to your WordPress.com site.

✍️ Publishing articles as drafts

If you prefer to review articles before they go live, you can tell RankYak to publish them as drafts instead of publishing immediately.

To enable this:

1. Go to your project

2. Open Settings → Integrations

3. Next to your WordPress.com connection, click Edit settings

4. Enable Publish articles as draft

New articles will now appear in WordPress as draft posts, giving you time to review, edit, or add images before publishing.

🏷 Default categories & tags

In the same settings popup, you can choose:

• Default categories

• Default tags

These will be automatically applied to all new articles RankYak publishes.

❌ Removing the integration

If you no longer want to use the WordPress.com integration:

1. Go to Settings → Integrations

2. Click Disconnect next to WordPress.com

This stops auto-publishing immediately.
