Webflow integration

The Webflow integration allows RankYak to automatically publish articles directly into your Webflow CMS. Once connected, RankYak can create new blog posts, fill in all fields, and publish them automatically, or as drafts if you prefer.

🔗 How to connect Webflow

To begin, open your project, go to Settings → Integrations, and click Connect next to Webflow. Then follow the steps below.

1. Copy the Site ID

Sign in to your Webflow account
Go to your Dashboard
Hover over your site and click the cogwheel to open Site Settings
On the General tab, scroll down to the Overview section
Copy the Site ID
Paste it into RankYak under Site ID

2. Create an API Token

In the same Site Settings, click Apps & Integrations
Scroll down to API access
Click Generate API token
Enter rankyak as the token name
Set the following permissions:
- Assets: Read and write
- CMS: Read and write
- Pages: Read and write
Click Generate token
Copy the generated token and paste it into RankYak under API Token

3. Finalize the connection

After entering the Site ID and API token:

Click Connect in RankYak
You will be asked to select a Collection (usually something like Blog)
Map your Webflow fields to RankYak's content fields
Decide whether RankYak should publish articles as drafts or publish them live

Once completed, the integration is active and RankYak will automatically publish new articles to your Webflow site.

❌ Removing the integration

If you wish to disconnect Webflow:

Go to Settings → Integrations
Click Disconnect next to Webflow

This will stop RankYak from publishing content to your Webflow CMS.
