The Zapier integration lets RankYak send newly generated articles into any platform supported by Zapier. This is done through a simple RSS feed that Zapier watches for new items. Once connected, you can automate publishing, notifications, storage, and more, entirely on your own terms.
š How to connect Zapier
To get started, open your project, go to Settings ā Integrations, and click Connect next to Zapier.
You will be prompted to enable the RSS feed, which Zapier uses as the trigger.
After enabling it, RankYak will show you the RSS feed URL, copy it for the next step.
1. Set up your Zap in Zapier
Go to Zapier and create a new Zap
In the Trigger step, search for and select "RSS by Zapier"
Click the Trigger Event dropdown
Select "New Item in Feed"
In the Configure tab, find the Feed URL field
Paste the RSS feed URL from RankYak
Zapier will now watch your RankYak feed for new articles.
2. Build Your Automation
Once the trigger is set up:
Every new RankYak article will appear as a new feed item
You can connect any platform through Zapier
Map the article fields to publish posts, store them, send notifications, or trigger any workflow you prefer
This gives you complete flexibility for distributing your content.
ā Removing the integration
If you no longer want Zapier to receive new articles:
Go to Settings ā Integrations in RankYak
Find the RSS feed section
Click Disable
This stops Zapier from receiving new items immediately.
šÆ Summary
The Zapier integration lets you:
Use RSS as a trigger
Automate publishing or content workflows
Send new articles anywhere Zapier supports
