Organizations allow you to group multiple projects under a single subscription. This is useful for managing several websites, working with teams, or keeping client projects organized in one place.
Most users only need one organization, but you can create more if needed. You can also invite other people to your organization to collaborate on your projects.
š¢ Accessing your organization
You can manage your organization from the start screen of RankYak. To access it from any project:
Click your project name in the top-left corner
Select View all organizations
Find your organization in the list
Click the three dots next to it
Select Settings
This will open the organization settings page.
āļø Managing your organization
Inside the organization settings, you can:
Update the organization name
Delete the organization
Deleting an organization will:
Automatically cancel your subscription
Permanently delete all projects inside it
This action cannot be undone, and all data associated with the organization will be removed, except for articles that were already published on your website.
ā Creating a new organization
If you need additional separation between projects (for example, for agencies or client work), you can create more organizations. To create a new one:
Go to the start screen of RankYak
Click New organization
Enter a name and proceed
Each organization manages its own subscription and projects.
