RankYak allows you to collaborate with others by inviting them to your organization. Team members gain access to all projects within that organization, making it easy to work together on content, integrations, and SEO strategy.
š„ Accessing the members page
To manage team members:
Go to the start screen of RankYak (click your project name in the top-left corner and select View all organizations)
Find your organization
Click the three dots next to it
Select Members
This opens the page where you can manage everyone who has access to the organization.
ā Inviting a team member
To invite someone:
On the Members page, click Invite member
Enter the person's email address
Click Send invite
The invited person will receive an email with instructions on how to join your organization.
Important: Members gain access to all projects in your organization. There is currently no option to give access to individual projects only.
ā Removing a team member
If you want to remove someone:
Go to the Members page
Find the person in the list
Click the three dots next to their name
Select Remove member
They will immediately lose access to your organization and all its projects.
