Each organization in RankYak has one subscription that covers all projects within it. Billing is managed at the organization level, not per project, making it easy to handle multiple websites under a single account.
๐ณ How to access billing
You can open your billing settings in two ways:
From the start screen
Go to the RankYak start screen
Click the three dots next to your organization
Select Billing
From within a project
Open the project
Go to Settings โ Billing
Click Go to organization billing
Both paths lead to the same billing page.
๐ Subscription overview
On the billing page, you'll see:
The status of your subscription
All projects that belong to your organization
Which projects are active and therefore included in your subscription
Only active projects count toward your subscription cost. Deactivated projects do not incur charges.
๐งพ Billing portal
For more detailed subscription management, click the Open billing portal link. In the billing portal, you can:
Update your payment method
Change your billing address
View past invoices
Manage subscription details
Any changes made here apply immediately to your organization's subscription.
โ Canceling your subscription
To cancel your entire subscription:
Go to the Billing page
Scroll to the bottom
Click Cancel subscription
Canceling will:
Deactivate all projects in the organization at the end of your current billing cycle
Stop all future payments
Pause all content generation, publishing, and backlink activity
You can reactivate your subscription at any time in the future. RankYak will pick up where it left off.
