š Article content
At the top of the page, you'll see a short summary of the article. This gives you a quick understanding of what the article is about without needing to read the entire piece.
Below the summary, you can view the full article, exactly as RankYak has written it. This is where you can read through the content, check the structure, and review how the topic is covered.
š Article score
On the right-hand side of the page, you'll find the article score. This score is based on many different SEO signals and best practices. It gives you a general idea of how strong the article is from an SEO perspective.
A lower score does not necessarily mean the article is bad. In some cases, shorter or more concise articles perform better for certain keywords, which naturally leaves less room for SEO elements, this can slightly lower the score without affecting ranking potential.
š Keyword & metrics
Under the score, you'll see the keyword the article was written for, along with its keyword metrics (search volume and difficulty). These help you understand the ranking opportunity of the article.
š Article metrics
Below the keyword information, you'll find additional article metrics, including:
Word count: The amount of words (variable and based on top SERP-results)
Number of headings: The number of heading elements
Number of paragraphs: The number of paragraphs
Keyword density: How much percentage of the total text is the keyword
Internal links: The number of links to pages on your website
External links: The number of links to pages of other websites
These metrics give you an at-a-glance overview of the article's structure and depth.
š§ Actions
At the bottom of the right sidebar, you'll find useful actions. If the article has already been published, you'll see a View button. Clicking it will open the live article on your website.
